How Agile Are Your Change Efforts?
How fast is your organization capable of changing to continue to remain relevant and successful in the marketplace? The world is changing at an accelerating pace as new technologies are discovered, developed, released and adopted by consumers faster than ever before.
At the same time, companies are rising to global scale faster, while large, successful companies are disappearing faster, too--leading to the need for agile change.

What is Agile Change?
In this new reality that we all face, organizations of all types are going to need to pursue the following five keys to building an agile change competence:
- Change how they change
- Increase their organizational agility
- Increase the flexibility of the organization
- Become capable of continuous change
- Inhibit the appearance and/or growth of change gaps that can doom your company
This tidal wave of change leads to a recognition that there is a need in the marketplace for a more human approach to the change process. But a more humanistic approach to change will also require new tools that make change seem less overwhelming--both to those planning the change, and of course to those affected by it.
