Adopting and maintaining an appropriate project methodology is vital for organizational success. The purpose of this research article is to explore and analyze project methodologies/frameworks that find application in effective project management.

…are some of the project management methodologies discussed in the article. Benchmarking an existing project methodology or defining a new model is an organizational decision, and this article provides insights on existing project methodologies that any organization can leverage.
