What It Takes to Manage Hybrid Projects
“Hybrid project management” seems to be an emerging buzz phrase. I’m not sure if I should admit this, but personally, I never heard of it until very recently. In essence, my understanding is that it refers to a combination of agile and waterfall approaches, both of which have merits, but neither of which necessarily provide a 100% solution as an approach to managing a particular project. Let’s investigate!
