Max leads a talented and diverse team at Konnect Sofware, a start-up software company. The company, and especially her team, are delivering cutting-edge technology. It's truly a dream come true. In Release 1.0, we catch Max on a Friday afternoon receiving a simple change order from Konnect's largest client. While informing the team, a less-than-simple problem begins to appear. If that brewing problem isn't enough, Max is facing HR-related staffing issues, possible relationship issues and the need to wrangle in the twin founders to fix a seemingly disastrous corporate dilemma. The life of our PMO director is messy. Luckily, Max loves fixing messes. That's why she went into project management, right?
