“An actively engaged executive sponsor is the top driver of projects meeting their original goals and business intent," and the percentage of organization using executive sponsors increased to 62 percent compared to 59 percent in 2016, according to the 2017 PMI Pulse of the Profession. Good news, but certainly the trend needs to continue.

Dawne E.
