1. Communicate resource risks and issues appropriate to the unusual circumstances. Your sponsor is going to have questions about the impact of the global event on your project. These impacts are going to be unique, not like the typical impacts that the sponsor is comfortable understanding and reacting to.
Make sure that you have the information to clearly indicate the cause and level of impact. Chances are that your resource management spreadsheet is not ready to do this type of communication without some enhancements.
