We have entered a period of technology-driven change that is unlike anything we have experienced before. The tech turbulence that is being created by multiple new developments occurring during the same period of time will evolve into trillions of dollars of opportunity in the next few years.

The creative and innovative actions to bring these technologies into real-world applicable reality has already begun within a few industry segments—and the development and delivery of these innovative solutions requires a team approach. (Steve Jobs said it best: “Great things in business are never done by one person. They’re done by a team of people.”)

But will we be able to take advantage of these upcoming opportunities? Given the plethora of components that are a part of these initiatives, traditional approaches fall short. The high-tech team approach builds upon traditional methods and modifies them to adapt to the common requirement of multiple technology segments working together as one.
