In today's rapidly evolving digital landscape, harnessing the power of technology has become essential for individuals and organizations alike. We have seen that technology—in almost every industry, and more specifically, software—has become a core part of every business. According to International Data Corporation (IDC), in the next five years alone, more than 500 million new digital apps and services will be developed and deployed—a total greater than all the apps built in the past 40 years[1]

A 2021 Gartner report found that IT executives see the talent shortage as the most significant adoption barrier to 64% of emerging technologies.[2]

A shortage of technical talent creates significant barriers for organizations looking to accelerate their digital transformation. The World Economic Forum (WEF) predicts that if we are able to close the skills gap, it could result in an additional US$11.5 trillion to the global GDP in 2028.[3]
