How curious is the world we live in? Artificial intelligence has been in development for over 70 years, but it has only gained fame in the past two years. This phenomenon is due to the widespread adoption of generative AI—particularly ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini, which have made AI accessible to everyone, even those who have never had to code a line of an algorithm or work cleansing data.

AI has become a global phenomenon, a technology that is increasingly present in our daily lives. Its potential to create value for all stakeholders is extraordinary, influencing various sectors and promoting innovations that positively impact society.

As a result, companies want to claim they are "powered by AI," using applications and tools, promoting themselves aligned with the 4th Industrial Revolution. They have quickly managed to transform and adopt the best implementation practices, navigating smoothly.

But is that really the case?

The "Ariadne's thread" for the labyrinth of AI implementation in organizations offers endless possibilities, and the number of questions far exceeds executives' capacity to answer them. There is a perception of importance and a sense that one cannot be left out of this new wave.
