Paul is a 16-year veteran of project management, with experience performing the "trifecta" of project management as a program manager, portfolio manager and project manager.  In all of his PM assignments, he's been asked to do some level of business analysis work.  He grew his career through the IT ranks, transitioning steadily from software development to systems analysis to business analysis to project manager.  As a program manager in the ever-challenging health care industry of today, Paul is finding his ability to intake, analyze, frame and present vital to the project management responsibilities he bears.  Visit this blog frequently for insights, tricks and tips on how your BA skills can contribute to your success as a PM.
