Some require finesse, others time, but all are crucial to satisfy your customers (stakeholders). But can the chef whip up all the dishes simultaneously? Nope! The right order is key, and that's where prioritization shines! 👨‍🍳🍲

Now, how do we choose which 'dish' to prepare first? Here are the three golden tips:

🔑𝐓𝐢𝐩 #1: 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐆𝐨𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐀𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐧𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭:🎯 Ensure your projects align with your organization's strategic goals. Forward-driving projects typically take precedence.

🔑𝐓𝐢𝐩 #2: 𝐁𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐑𝐢𝐬𝐤:💼 Not all projects are identical. Some offer high value but come with risks. Always weigh potential value against associated risks. And yes, have a plan B for high-risk projects!

As the 'creator' in this scene, the pencil can create and erase, just like us. We outline the path for our projects, sketching goals, timelines, and deliverables. And when those 'eraser' obstacles appear, we adapt, making changes to keep our projects on track. We 'erase' the obstacles, so to speak, and rewrite our success stories. 🚀
