Hi All, - I have cleared my PMP. the objective was to gain Project management knowledge and career growth in IT, however I have observed PMP is taken as just another certificate. Even after PMP there are not enough calls.
- What if I apply for PR in Australia, will PMP be valid? Or the search will be as an fresher? Saving Changes...

Samir, I don't think it works like that. Your resume or CV is what will catch employers attention; the story of your career and progression, and the skills, expertise, and accomplishments that come with it. Having your PMP or other designations will certainly help, but a pig with lipstick is still a pig :) Of course, I'm not saying this is you, I'm just emphasizing the importance of your story and that simply adding a designation will not make anyone a perfect candidate.
Have a look at your resume. Make sure it is a compelling story. The market is tough, there is a lot of competition. How will you stand out?
If you want it hard enough, you will get it :) Good luck! Saving Changes...
