Of course the Team (The project team to be specific).

Explanation: Simply because the team which is actually working on the project is close to ground reality and can document their own experience instead of somebody else documenting it for them.

This is the key thing to remember that the team is largely responsible for many of the project related activities (estimating, developing schedule, status reports etc), to answer these kind of questions.

I might suggest D as the team members & PM are all stakeholders, and there might be other key stakeholders who have useful lessons to share which could help on future projects...

I will go with Stakeholders because they include everyone with a stake in the project with their own perspectives n experiences part of lessons learned!
