Burning bridges

I know that it is not good to "burn bridges", but haven't there been times that you wanted to plant some dynamite and blow that bridge sky high?

Agree with Sante. As PM's we need to be sensible rather than emotional.

Dinah, I side with Andrew as mentioned no real value, once you have made your arrangement and you submit your resignation that would deliver the massage without burning the bridge they might relize and after some time call you for better opportunity or if few managements change then you might get another chance, you are more strong when you quench your bigger anger
And if you really can't help it and you need to purge then just do like Vincent said just burn one rope on the bridge.

One of the good thing we practice in life is to learn to forgive and not take revenge fighting own vindictive urge.
