Hello Project Managers!
Can you share some references or experiences where Agile has been used 100% while managing IT infrastructure projects?

In my actual work place we are using Scrum (which is a framework, not a methodology) and our own hybrid method. Just trying to add some value take into account that using Agile is not about using a method or process. You have to take into account more variables like culture and style for example

Vivek -

What do you mean by 100%? Are you referring to an agile mindset on the part of the team and stakeholders or are your referring to a specific framework like Scrum?

While there are certain practices associated with agile delivery in the software development context which don't apply to others like infrastructure such as Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery, agile values, principles and many practices are portable.
