I've never seen training on assertiveness as like most soft skills it develops on the job through practice and support.
I'd suggest speaking with either your people manager or a trusted peer to provide you with some coaching and feedback to help you increase your assertiveness. They can observe you in situations and review with you afterwards what you might have done different.

I recommend you to study yourself or if you have PMP course to study communication chapter 's enough if you have experience!! It's just inter personnel skills!!
