Reporting PDU's

I currently hold 4 PMI Certifications and when I submit for a PDU that applies to all 4 certifications, I receive 8 e-mails (1 e-mail per certification that it was submitted and another that it was approved).

I wonder if there is a way to consolidate all those e-mails in one when it applies to multiple certifcations ?

Sure - ask PMI's certification department to make their notification engine more intelligent :-)

Right now, it considers each PDU submission as a separate transaction and doesn't look to do this type of bundling...

Just think, you could be like Arn in the other thread who holds ALL of PMI's certifications - imagine the spamming...

You have a point - The system should be upgraded to a smart one when it comes to PDU's :-)

Even better would be if they provided a discounted recertification cost - if you hold more than one active certification, you save 10% on the total recertification costs, if you hold more than two, you save 25%...

Yes, this is a good idea or even make your renewal fees free for one or two certificates.

I just created a rule to dump into a separate folder. Out of sight, out of mind.

By the way, how do you create a rule for certain emails to go to certain folders ? Can you ellaborate ? :-)

I know. And you get 2 emails for each certification. One says submitted and one for approved. So I end up with 6 emails. I just delete them all. Any information I need is on my dashboard.

Exactly - 100% - I do not delete them but I put them in a separate folder just in case.

Exactly - 100% - I do not delete them but I put them in a separate folder just in case.
