New template - Project Completion Report

This, like all templates are revised regularly to better meet our changing needs. We are piloting this version currently.

I assume that others will take it and adjust to fit their needs and organization.

nice report template, thanks for sharing.

I tend to split the final report from project acceptance.

Project acceptance is a key decision that requires trust and courage from the client, as there may be doubts e.g. about the quality and also the fitness for use. I found it beneficial not to confuse this decision process on the client side with details that may be contentious in a detailed report.
