In a mega project with different sub-projects managed by different project managers, is there a need to do a close out report at the end of each sub-project or should there be one closeout at the end of all the sub-projects. Let us say the project has a 10 year term and the sub-projects range between one year and two years terms. Some are completed before the others are even started.
