Risk Analysis Requirements under the HIPAA Security Rule

Is anyone offering Risk Assessment services to Healthcare facilities for the HIPAA Security Rule requirement? If so, would you please kindly reach out to me. I am interested in starting such service and need help with picking out a suitable software, tools, templates, etc. Thank you!

I did a few HIPAA privacy and security assessments and remediations for the healthcare provider I was working for when the regulations came out in the mid-2000s. At that time we just used standard IT security assessment templates and practices but augmented those to cover any specific requirements of HIPAA.

Given how long this rule has been around have you searched for examples online as I sure there must be a lot available?
