In terms of construction, what do you all like to share with the client in terms of report and dashboards?

Mine for instance I break down to weekly reports, showing labour, equipment, progress, finances and overall project health, with issue tracking, weekly variations and instructions, and also outstanding issues.

Please give me your ten cents worth as to what you utilize on yours.

Thanks.

That's the key point in the end I believe. You need to make sure the status reports are up to date, on time, and dispersed in manner that gets their attention. Otherwise the stakeholders could lose faith in you or the project quickly.
