Hi All,

As part of my studies I need to create a research paper on a contemporary issue of project management.

Im working in the program office, research is not my field of expertise and finding a topic that is considered contemporary and has not already been done to death is proving to be difficult. Can any research leaders here advise their opinion on what they consider a good topic is to consider for this assessment.
currently all I have is 'Project management tools: Application of PMBOK methodology in real life'
This is a little done to death so I'd rather go down a different path.
