PMO SOPs needed
I am looking for some help. We are looking to establish a Project Management Office at my agency. I am having a hard time starting to write standard operating procedures. Anyone have any SOPs that they are willing to share? I need some ideas to jump start this process. Thanks!

Not the best, but may offer some assistance. I believe there are some templates available on this site as well. Best to start off looking at a governance structure, then policy, then processes, then work instructions, etc. If a proper PM framework is not established first, nothing but a mess will ensue.

What's the mandate for your PMO as that will influence the types of policies, standards or procedures you would require?

Before introducing SOPs, you should start with a project management policy as that will provide the foundation on which those SOPs can be based.
