Has anyone completed a Windows 10 Migration project?

I will be starting a major enterprise migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10 in a healthcare setting. Does any one have a sample plan or timeline from a similar project? And any lessons learned to share?

It's very important not to neglect applications throughout your Windows 10 migration project. Healthcare environments specifically have many hurdles to consider such as Single Sign On (SSO) applications, speech dictation software, ageing web applications, hardware-specific applications (blood testing devices etc) and very niche, sometimes bespoke, specialist applications (some of which were probably written for Windows XP)!
