A common saying goes -
"A bad job with a good boss is better than a good job with a bad boss".

Which one would you choose? How often you have dealt with this in your career?

I prefer bad job and good boss... at least we can do something to turn the bad job to good one

I agree with most of previous comments. Having a bad boss is worse than having a bad job; the latter, you might be able to influence, the former is almost not possible to do so.

A bad company will turn into a good company for few good bosses because it will create engagement in every aspects and will make insights. So better to stay with the good bosses.

I have had both and the bad boss is far worse. A god boss can at least work with you to make the bad job better

Good boss is always better, but if you don't have job satisfaction it is not good.

I agree with Dinah. I've had both and a bad boss will focus on you vs. a bad company where you are simply a cog in the wheel.
