project charter not listed in the documents table at PMBOK

project charter not listed in the documents table at PMBOK guide
table 1-2 ?
my question isn't part of project documents ?

I think the meaning "Project documents" in the tables is just classification of different type of documents (or artifacts). The plans and baseline for example are also documents (artifacts), charter is may be more "high level" and does not belong to that table, as may it is the case with business plan

baselines actually more in Plans not in documents (project managment plan).

however may be they consider it as a buisness document OR not listed because PM is not accountable party to create the charter it is project sponsor.

I would say, it is neither project plan/baseline nor project document nor business document, it is just ... project charter, which is a unique project artifact
