There are WBS and Project plan templates available for download here. Please take a look at Templates Deliverables section.

There are templates available here or around the web. If you are looking for completed artifacts, better to search the web, though, I'd caution on that for anything except ideas. The focus should be to elicit information from the stakeholders specific to this initiative - What is the problem to be solved. Who, What, When, Where, Why, and How.
Who will see it [dashboard]
What do they want to see
When do they want to see it
Where do they want to see it
Why do they want it
and then from the team perspective; How will this be achieved. What capabilities currently exist in the organization? Do they satisfy the need?
