Yes I have the same issue. I have watched 4 on-demand webinars on 16 Sep, 17 Sep and 18 Sep but no PDU was reported.

I have also had the same issue with courses I took on 9/11 - 9/13 that have not come across to PMI yet.

Hi there! Due to the member-only Organizational Agility event which was held on 12 September, our PDU batch queue is currently back logged with PDUs from the event. Your PDUs were recorded to your ProjectManagement.com account and are currently in the batch queue. We ask that you please allow 7-10 business days processing time as delays like this do occasionally occur. If you do not see the PDUs processed by that time, please feel free to reach out to [email protected]. Thanks!

Did you register and log in with your PMI credentials? Or, simply report it yourself.

Can you explain your case? Do you have a valid PMI membership?? For me I watched then my PDU's reported automatically but it will take some few days !!!

It normally takes up to 7 business days for the PDU's to be sef reported when you watch a webinar. If you want to check if they are in progress or not, then go to your account (Under your profile picture here there is account) and then under account, there is a tab for PDU's where you can see the webinar you watched along with the status of the PDU's which mostly will be in progress. Let me know if this works.

I concur with Rami on this.

In most cases, if you register for PDU events with your ProjectManagement.com credentials then it should automatically process, however sometimes there is a backlog.

PDUs, unless otherwise noted, are auto-reported to PMI on your behalf.

That's weird. I only had delay issues a few times, but the PDU always showed up.
