Hi,
My experience in Project Management lies in Continuous Improvement (CI) projects in Logistics/Supply Chain job position. Keen to learn and do beyond CI projects.

Besides Kaizan, Lean Six-Sigma, and FMEA methodologies, which other relatable knowledge in Project Resource, Quality, and Risk Management are beneficial/applicable to Logistics/Supply Chain projects.

Thank you.

I'd suggest that all the soft skill competencies would be relevant to ANY type of project. I'd also suggest that Procurement & Stakeholder Management will be extremely important.

I would have thought "Kaizan, Lean Six-Sigma, and FMEA methodologies" and Lean would be enough in the Logistics/Supply Chain industry.
