How Digital Project Management is different from IT Project Management?

The first thing to understand is: something project management does not exists. Let me give you an example from my actual work place where I am in charge of defining this type of things. The same person is assigned as project management to more than one initiative where some of them are using Agile based approaches, some of them as using non-Agile based approaches and obviously the initiatives are related to implementing a new version of SAP, to create a new business interface to deal with digital source stimuli from the environment, etc. etc. So, what is the role name of that person? They still are project/program/portfolio managers doing things in the PMI way in our case.
