Awareness/School education program

I work at the Global CCS Institute, a global member organisation working to accelerate the deployment of CCS – a climate mitigation technology. I have been asked to build a program for Yr 9-10s to educate them about climate change and CCS. I would appreciate any help from project / program managers that have implemented education/awareness programs with schools – what are some lessons learned, things to keep in mind, does anybody have an approach that has proved successful in the past, etc. Thanks very much in advance!
