Hello Team,

While is the US, most companies follow the GSA.Gov per diem rates for lodging and meals, what does companies follow for abroad traveling in order to set a per diem rate for an employee?.

For example is the not same as going to Tel Aviv then going to Lisbon, or going to Frankfurt.

Is there an standard out there for per diems? Thanks!

Cesar,
Normally Company's Finance Dept fixes standard rates of expenses based on City/Place and the level/grade of employee.
This is normally revised from time to time.

Cesar -

Most of the companies I have worked with have a travel policy with expense limits set and these will usually cover regional cost-of-living differences.
