Have a project communication plan and adhere to the plan. The use of communication tools can enhance your communication. Tools like Ms Teams and shared portals are highly effective. Yammer is also a good tool.
Every formal meeting should have minutes timely issued and arising actions followed up.
Additionally, you have to identify your audience and ascertain what they will benefit from the communicated message. Don’t overload people with information that is not relevant to them.

"Don’t overload people with information that is not relevant to them."
VERY important! We tend to think that more is better but in reality relevant is better. People tend to close up when they keep on receiving crap not relevant to them.
it's also the weekpoint to me. I am not good at oral skills. so still need to learn... Saving Changes...

Communication is easy. engaging in a dialogue is challenging.
when we talk about comm we often look at it as a one way street. agreed, some communication is one way- but successful communication needs to be two way- and feedback from the business or stakeholders should reach the project team in a timely manner without distorting the message.
also need to identify all factors that could introduce bias in communicaiton. "bias" is not a bad word- every comm medium has bias- just need to know what they are so we can qualify the message received

"Far out in the uncharted backwaters of the unfashionable end of the Western Spiral arm of the galaxy lies a small unregarded yellow sun. Orbiting this at a distance of roughly 98 million miles is an utterly insignificant little blue-green planet whose ape-descended life forms are so amazingly primitive that they still think digital watches are a pretty neat idea..."
