Like others mentioned, it depends on so many factors of which some are the size, complexity and nature of the project. Generally speaking, Ive rarely used all project management tools in one project.
As for your other comments: Ganttcharts, WBS, Network Diagrams those are all common tools that are always used in construction regardless whether it is a small or large complex project. Those are basic and core tools ! Saving Changes...
