Hello Community,

I need some guidance and examples for the following:

The organizational process assets that can in?uence the Plan Scope Management process include but are not limited to:

- Policies and procedures, and
- Historical information and lessons learned repositories.

Can you give some examples to each of the mentioned EEFs? If you do have additional sources for good information about that process, please let me know.

Thanks in advance for your great help!

Regards,

Markus

Perhaps I will write something obvious but I think you can find the answer inside PMBOK point 2.3 from page 39

Sergio -

thanks for your response. Of course, I was aware of that generic examples out of the PMBoK guide. ;)

Maybe I should have been more specific. What I am looking for are more real-life examples out of real-life projects.

Is there somebody who was written a Scope Management Plan considering these OPAs and which ones he/she has mentioned then.

Regards,

Markus

Organization PM standards and policies for scope & requirements management and tools such as checklists or the WBSs from past projects are examples of OPAs which would be an input into Plan Scope Management.

BTW, these are OPAs, not EEFs - the two are distinct. An OPA is usually something which you can print out and touch, whereas an EEF might be intangible such as corporate culture.

Yes, we are talking about the OPAs here (not the EEFs, that was a c&p mistake, sorry for that,).

And thanks for your examples, as I answered to Sergio already, I was more interested in real-life examples than in the generic standard examples out of the PMBoK Guide, but thank you anyway.
