What you think, Is IT Project Management is a real Project Management? How its different than Project Management in other domains?

There is no difference. Project Manager is one thing no matter you perform the activity. To perform the activity you take a way (PMI, IPMA, GPM, etc) or a method (PRINCE2) for example. Some companies have implement a project manager role for each enterprise architecture layer (business, application, technology, security, information) due to the complexity of the solution.

Hi. I also don’t see any difference, the IT in the title only means that the project manager will mostly deliver projects in IT domain and it may require certain knowledge that would be different when you perform project for instance in organizational change management. But otherwise it is the same.

Any project that is managed, regardless of the domain, is project management.
