What is the best Project portfolio management (PPM) and Agile Tool?

We are looking for both PPM and Agile tool which can serve all the PMO activities. We found some of the tools are good for PPM and some of them are good for Agile. Is there any tool which can serve both?

Before looking at tools, define the processes you will be automating first. Until you have done that and have got buy-in on the target operating model, don't start looking at specific tools.

Take a look at ITM Platform, which is great to manage waterfall and agile projects, as well a programs and project portfolio.
