Best Software to keep on track

Hey guys,

In your experience, what is the best cloud-based software to keep team members on track, note progress, and keep everyone up to date on projects?

There are plenty of options now, but without sufficient details, it is hard to advise. Please look at team for ideas to begin with.

I like SmartSheet but I would suggest checking with your Enterprise Systems department for options first, even if they are add-ons to your current systems

SmartSheet is perfect for the projects I manage. I use it for developing my project schedules, issue management and providing project status visibility. It helps my team keep on track and keeps everyone on the same page.

Take a good look at your environment. What do you really need to get the job done. Then look at the team and who's using it. What kind of experience do they have. Are you the only one using it or are there others? What can they handle? Finally what do you want out of it, BI, simple reports, or a dashboard? Once you get all this down then start looking. I just finished a search of 12 vendors and my final selection for this team was either smartsheet or projectmanager.com Good luck. Oh yea and what can afford? Pricing is all over the place.
