What crowd souring tools do you use to allow your team members to ask anonymous questions regarding the project or company?

I'm looking for a crowd sourcing tool where employees can submit questions and upvote the most popular ones for the management team to address at staff meetings. I'm hoping to do this as a feedback and transparency mechanism. It would be great it it was a.) free and b.) had a slack plug in.

FunRetro.io is one you might want to consider - it is normally used for facilitating retrospectives but because it provides voting that might be a good option.

Great option above. Also using the organizations community tools like SharePoint, Confluence, or Jive.
