Well!!! For me, I earned PMP in March, attended some conferences like Agility organization, business analysis, talent management and preparation some other certifications!!!

Scary at first because I did it in a country where I have not done any work for over 2 decades so I had no existing business contact etc. But the freedom to know that I can now work for whom I want. when I want is great.

I became a scrum master in 2018 and I changed my job which is one of the best decisions I made in 2018 .

Now looking forward to a great 2019 and hoping to develop myself more and get to meet great people to develop my network .
