What are the best Leadership books you've read, and been able to apply successfully for Project Management success?
Background: PMI's "Pulse of the Profession In-Depth Report" on the topic "Navigating Complexity" featured results of a very important study on the most critical skills to manage complex projects to success.
Not surprisingly, "Leadership" was the #1 skill with 81% responses.
The next closest were each at just 9%: "Technical Project Management Skills" and "Strategic and Business Management Skills." Saving Changes...

Currently reading "Give and Take: Why Helping Others Drives Our Success". extremely interesting take on people who give and get back manifold in return vs takers and matchers. Interesting perspective on Human psychology . Is most relevant to Leadership as well.
Quoting from Amazon the following words
In Give and Take, Adam Grant, an award-winning researcher and Wharton’s highest-rated professor, examines the surprising forces that shape why some people rise to the top of the success ladder while others sink to the bottom. Praised by social scientists, business theorists, and corporate leaders, Give and Take opens up an approach to work, interactions, and productivity that is nothing short of revolutionary.
@Deepesh Rammoorthy: Thanks a million for sharing this book for the benefit of our PM community here. I had bought this book on Amazon around a year back, but had not gotten around to reading it yet.
Your description of the book has kindled my interest in reading it this in the next few months! Saving Changes...
