I was engaged to do a Project Management Maturity Assessment which basically resulted in a very low maturity (used P3M3). The org spends around $60m in projects annually with the average around $1.2m. They have now asked for me to provide them with a type of pick and choose selection list of all the different aspects of uplifting their maturity and from that design an overall solution andl structure, process and framework of how they want it. They likened it to creating their own Big Mac by choosing if they want Lettuce, Cheese, Onions etc
What i would like to know is if anyone has done anything like this before using the following as an example and if so do you have a template that I can use.
