Tips for building Quality Assurance framework?

I started on this new role because learning new things really entice me. I was tasked to lead the proposal for our QA procedures and I want to define the framework first.

Hi Kiron,

Thanks for the reply. What if in theory the leadership will give me free reign to define up to the quality policy since they are not susceptible to change?

The responsibility for quality begins with senior leadership - if they don't own that, the initiative is doomed to fail. To get them to change their views, you'll need to create sufficient sense of urgency in that team to want to make things better.
