As a Project Manager, what are your "Not To Dos" for this year?

As the new year resolutions flow in galore, both in personal and professional life, there is a good list of "To Dos" that we concoct. Let's also, for a change, look at "Not To Dos". As a Project Manager, what would they be? Say top 3 things that you can think of.

1. Do not trust in chance. Plan!
2. Do not procrastinate. Lots of things will take more time than planned, even if you take this into account.
3. Do not become the bottleneck. Delegate as most as you can
