How can you refer or invite someone to join the community ?

Before, there was a link on the bottom right side called “Invite Friends”, and we used to enter the recipients emails and they used to receive a link and register. I can’t find this anymore - Does anyone know where it was relocated and how we can refer or invite friends and colleagues ?

I think this "invite friends" option is not available
I am convinced that it is very difficult to gauge "who invited who"

I believe they retired this option for now as Marjorie explained above and now sure when and if they will reinstate it.
