Please i need to ask about the IT job function that provides Quality Assurance for both PMO and Tenders processes by Auditing the PMO and Tenders team to ensure that they are complying their processes.

Depends on the organization and industry. My current client is a bank, and their internal audit group is responsible for these activities.

The industry is IT and we have tenders for IT solutions which converted into projects after the award and there is an existing tenders process and it should be aligned with the PMO process.

What I understand from your reply that there should be an internal Audit who can perform audit for both PMO and tenders processes.
