A Kanban board is to visualize the workflow and to limit Work in progress tasks so that continuous delivery happens to the customer with minimal wait time.

If you have access to tools like Jira you can create your own Kanban board for your team with list of work items in it.
Check out this link for templates - https://kanbantool.com/kanban-template

If you work into a manufacturing plan you will find lot of Kanban boards sorounded the plan. If you like to know about what Kanban and his tool (Kanban board) is my recommendation is going to Toyota TPS literature because is where Kanban was born.

Kanban board is a visual representation of work items in different stages of a process i.e. development, and it also helps to visualize work in progress at each of these stages.

There are many Kanban tools, and many offer a free version. The most prominent is trello, but have a look at these too

Before jumping into templates and tools, understand what Kanban is first - its values, principles and so on.

Then work with your team to setup a board that reflects their workflow rather than a generic template.

There are many good Kanban tools but sometimes (depending on the team), a whiteboard and Post-It notes is the best option.

I agree with Kiron and most importantly understand how Kanban is different from Scrum so you know in what way it helps.
