Lot of people ask me Varun should we memorize ITTO. My response to them is I would never recommend you to waste your time on memorizing the ITTO's. Instead think from this perspective that why a particular input an input to a process, why a tool is a tool to that process and why a particular output an output to that process. If you are able to give reasoning to yourself on these 3 questions then you are all set. PMP exam will be 98% scenario based and not a single straightforward question will come on ITTO. Give more priority to understanding than memorization

Happy learning and reach out to me in case you have any PMP related questions and need any help.

Hi Varun,
Please share with me, I think it will help me lots, even if not for memorizing. my mail ID is [email protected]. I really do appreciate it.
Hello Jeremiah,

I have emailed you the ITTO's sheet. Let me know if you got it. If you are currently preparing for PMP exam then I can send you a step by step study plan also. Do you need that? If yes, then just let me know the number of hours you can take out for self study?

Understanding is the most important. If you memorize you will forget quickly but if you understand and memorize and implement it would be easy to remember forever.

What about Memorizing the 49 Processes, does that help any?
That is of course required. Not only the names of the processes but you have to remember their process group also. "Rita's process chart" is also very helpful.
