Hi,
1- Team must work together daily throughout the project. A key to the success of Agile development is active stakeholder participation.
2- Customer satisfaction is the highest priority by delivering of valuable products/software early and continuous.
3- Self-organizing teams-Agile teams don't wait around to be told what to do, or who does what. An Agile team’s job is to continually self-organize around the challenges, and within the boundaries and constraints put in place by management.

Thank you Shadav for your insight. What if not all of the organization is organized in self-managed teams?

I support the standard Scrum values (focus, commitment, courage, respect and openness) but I really like "Make safety a prerequisite" or "Make people awesome" as per Modern Agile.

Why only pick 3? :-)

Hi Kiron, I asked for 3 because when thinking bout agile enterprise, it should go beyond scrum. Not all teams can be organized as scrum teams. So I’m looking for something general that can be applied on enterprise level. And 3 because cultural values should be easy to remember. Thank you for your input!

Your question was premised on an agile enterprise. If it's not made of self-organized teams, what is an agile enterprise?

Hi Stéphane, I see I should spend more time on formulating the question:) i’m looking for inspiration what the others see as core values in agile enterprise. I’m in a transition so not all teams are self managed and I wanted to think which values may help the transition.

Have you asked your staff by survey, focus groups, brown bags or townhalls? Building a culture and identify values should be crafted with engagement of those who will live, thrive and grow this culture to map to the vision of the organization or enterprise. Three is fine but what do they want; definitely get their input and buy in.

Hi Naomi, thank you for the advice. Right now I was looking for inspiration and experience of the others, which values they appreciate, but your point is very good when in comes to forming the culture.
