If I could only pick three, I would pick:

- Curiosity
- Courage
- Commitment
Thank you Glenn

Have you asked your staff by survey, focus groups, brown bags or townhalls? Building a culture and identify values should be crafted with engagement of those who will live, thrive and grow this culture to map to the vision of the organization or enterprise. Three is fine but what do they want; definitely get their input and buy in.
Hi Naomi, thank you for the advice. Right now I was looking for inspiration and experience of the others, which values they appreciate, but your point is very good when in comes to forming the culture.

Lenka, on an unrelated topic, I see that you have got a new job and returned to Europe. Congratulations, and I wish you all the best in your future.
